THEY'RE, THEIR and THERE mean three different things even though they sound the same. One indicates a place, the other shows a type of ownership while one is just a short form of THEY ARE.

Ambigous Mistakes
ITS and IT'S are not the same. The apostrophe matters. ITS shows ownership while IT'S is the short form of IT IS.
